PASSION FRUITS MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS:
- 200ml Passion Fruit Pulp
- 200ml Low Fat Cream
- 10ml Vanilla Extract
- 1 scoop Onest Whey Protein Vanilla
- 200g Bananas frozen
- 20ml Coconut Oil
- 70g Stevia
PREP:
- Whisk the Cream until it becomes whipped Cream and form peaks and become firm.
- Add all the other ingredients into the processor. Blend until creamy.
- Add the passion blend to the whipped cream.
- Top with some passion fruit seeds for flavor and garnish.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 1h.
- Serve cold.
